1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by AGN Compu, including IT solutions, managed services, cloud services, and support. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided
AGN Compu offers a range of IT services, including but not limited to:
IT support and maintenance
Cloud solutions and migration services
Network security and monitoring

3. Payment Terms

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to business data, proprietary information, and any details marked as confidential.

6. Service Availability
AGN Compu will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and upgrades may result in temporary service interruptions, which will be communicated to the Client in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability
AGN Compu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
The total liability of AGN Compu for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with [X] days’ written notice.
AGN Compu reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any of these terms or engages in any unlawful activity.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled by the Client.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided remain the property of AGN Compu.
The Client is granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the services solely for internal business purposes.

14. Support and Maintenance
AGN Compu provides support during business hours as outlined in the service agreement.
Emergency support outside of business hours may incur additional charges, as specified in the agreement.
