Service Availability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-915f499 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"915f499\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>AGN IT Services LLC will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.<br \/>Scheduled maintenance and upgrades may result in temporary service interruptions, which will be communicated to the Client in advance.<br \/>IT Services is unavailable during weekends, public holidays<br \/>Our service hours are 9:30 am \u2013 5:30 am, Monday \u2013 Saturday<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e80cda elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e80cda\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1fa6ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a1fa6ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>AGN IT Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.<br \/>The total liability of AGN IT Services LLC for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f44b677 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f44b677\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-668d090 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"668d090\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days\u2019 written notice with a valid reason mentioned in the notice.<br \/>AGN IT Services LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any of these terms or engages in any unlawful activity.<\/p><p>Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and confirm the cancellation date. Any unused service period will be calculated, and a credit note will be issued accordingly.<br \/>Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled by the Client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8fea06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c8fea06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. All previous dues must have been cleared.<\/p><p>No credit notes or refunds will be provided for services already delivered, ongoing maintenance work, or projects initiated as part of the AMC.<\/p><p>Credit notes are non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.<\/p><p>Services under the AMC will continue until the confirmed cancellation date, provided all payments are up-to-date.<\/p><p>In case of disputes, early termination, or service adjustments, a credit note will be issued for the remaining unutilized contract period.
